Babybeds and wall mounted baby protection seats are available in some female toilets from 1st to 4th floors. A baby nursing room is located on the 2nd floor.
For Customers Using Wheelchairs
Toilets for the disabled are available on the 1st, 2nd, 6th and 9th floors.
The multi-functional toilet on the 1st floor is registered as Kobe City’s “Kobe Anyone Toilet.”
Note: A wheelchair and Ostomate compatible toilet is on the 1st floor.

In principle, the bringing of pets is prohibited.
